1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, browsing, or using Cataboo, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. User Accounts

a. Users must be at least 18 years old to register an account.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

c. You agree to notify Cataboo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Pet Listings

a. Pet listings must accurately represent the pet being offered for sale, including but not limited to the pet’s age, breed, health, and any other relevant characteristics.

b. Sellers must comply with local and national laws regarding pet transactions, including but not limited to animal welfare regulations.

c. Cataboo reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate our guidelines, are misleading, or do not meet platform standards.

4. Conduct

a. Users must engage respectfully with others on the platform.

b. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

c. Users must not engage in deceptive or disruptive practices that could undermine the integrity of the platform.

5. Privacy

a. User information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

b. By using Cataboo, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Platform Integrity

a. Users must not attempt to compromise the functionality or security of Cataboo.

b. Unauthorized access, distribution of malware, or any form of disruptive behavior, including attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, is prohibited.

7. Membership Tiers

a. Cataboo offers Free, Silver, and Gold membership plans with varying features and benefits.

b. Users can choose the membership tier that aligns with their preferences and requirements. Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

8. Termination

a. Cataboo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or any unlawful behavior.

b. We may also remove listings or take other appropriate actions to maintain platform integrity and ensure a safe environment for all users.

9. Cataboo Marketplace

a. Seller Eligibility and Responsibilities: To participate in the Cataboo Marketplace, sellers must have an active Cataboo account. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product listings, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and images of pet supplies for sale. All products listed must comply with Cataboo’s guidelines, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

b. Commission Fees: Cataboo charges a 1% commission fee on each successful sale made through the Marketplace. The commission will be automatically deducted from the total sale amount upon completion of the transaction.

c. Payouts: Sellers can request payouts when their account balance reaches a minimum of $20. Payout requests will be processed according to Cataboo’s payout schedule and methods. Sellers must ensure that their payout information is accurate and up to date to avoid delays.

d. Product Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for shipping and fulfilling orders for pet supplies in accordance with the timeframes specified in their listings. Cataboo is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues arising from the fulfillment or delivery of products.

e. Marketplace Guidelines and Enforcement: Cataboo reserves the right to remove or modify product listings, suspend seller accounts, or take other necessary actions if sellers violate our policies or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices. Sellers must also comply with any applicable advertising, shipping, and product quality standards.


10. Changes to Terms

a. Cataboo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

b. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or platform notifications.

c. Continued use of Cataboo after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
